If you do any Ruby on Rails development I can heartily recommend the free 'Ruby on Rails Podcast' by Geoffrey Grosenbach. The podcast features great interviews with ROR community members. His commercial offering is called Peepcode and I'm currently using the Rest for Rails 2 video.

The original ROR Firework app was created on 2.0.1 so we're due for an upgrade to the latest and greatest version of Rails. 2.2.2 is the current version so the last couple of days have been spent upgrading our dev macs and pcs to use the new version and tweaking the project to work.
